Press Release Body = God has called us to live a life of passion and to not be
lukewarm (rev. 3:16). He has called us to do the most with what He has given us
during the time we are given (matt. 25:14-30). You say, Jesus had no possessions,
so therefore I do not need much while here on earth. That is correct, however,
Jesus did God\'s will and completely gave of Himself. Let God flow through you and
work through you to reach others for His Kingdom and God\'s purposes. God blesses
abundantly to His children not for us to brag, but for us to give back. In Malachi
chapter 3 verse 10, God says \"test Me (or try Me)when it comes to our finances. He
says to bring it to Him so that \"there may be food in my house\". My house referes
to God\'s house. If God\'s house (churches, missions, outreaches) are full, then
Kingdom business can get done. Imagine if all of God\'s children gave to God what He
asks of them. We would not be in need of walfare, homeless shelters, medicade,
worldly counsel, food banks because God\'s house would flow and prosper. The unsaved
would know that God loves them and has a plan for their lives (Jer. 29:11)
Christians could bring glory to God. As children of God, we should be the ones to
be in the best position to fill a need when we see a need. Thus, it takes prayer,
obedience to God\'s calling, love overflowing, and money to fill the various physical
needs that exist in our world today. Oh, be more than just a prayer warrior in your
lifetime. Step out in faith. Be the one who can do for the poor. If a brother is
hungry and naked what good is it if you say, \"depart in peace, be warmed and filled\"
(James 2:16)Faith without works is dead. It is time for Christians to be the ones
who fill all the charitable needs not the government or hollywood idols, but the
ones who have God\'s love flowing through them, for all the goods given to the poor
profits nothing without love (1 cor. 13:3).
